Error Message upon installation of a VGA Card

I am using a 1.7 Ghz Processor, Pentium4, 128 Mb DDR Memory Card with Windows XP. When I installed a Geforce2 MX, 64Mb, DDR 400 VGA Card which supports 2X,4X and 8X into an AGP slot, I got the following error message: "<CPUID : 0F13 PATCHID : 0004>" on the initial screen. I am not able to access BIOS by pressing the DEL key. Can anyone tell me what this error message means or what I should do now?

i'd try changing components untill it works (failing that it has to be a knack'd mobo)
