Exploere Settings Changed

Hi,
Some how one of my friends changed my internet exploere toolbar settings. Now I cannot open any Tabs, I cann't even find File, menu, and other options.

Here is the pic of the current setup

How can i Change to the default settings,...

Try this:

Start > Control panel > Network And Internet > Network options.

Go to the tab Advanced, and click on Reset.

Now click on OK.
