I am a newbie so excuse me if i may be doing something wrong in this post! When i start my sony vaio laptop on the desktop my taskbar and all the desktop icons disappear and reappear??? When i view the task manager, "explorer.exe" appears in the list and disappears?? This happens continuously until i have to reboot in safe mode. I recently had a virus/trojan which i think i have successfully removed! Can someone shed some light on this??? I am at my wits end!!! Bash
could be the trojan. Unless you destroy the partitions, and then turn off the system, the virus can still hold on in the systems memory. Your laptop should have a rescue disk. I would use that, and restore it to factory settings. Otherwise, you could try an anti-virus scan, a spyware scan, adware and malware scan and update windows. Hope this helps.
