Hi, with this case; Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK

and excluding the cpu fan, how many fans do you think would be needed assuming I was considering overclocking and also considering wasn't. Thanks

That case already has fans in it, and from the design, the airflow would be very impressive. I *highly* doubt you're going to be hurting for airflow with that case.
