Hey peeps,

Got a problem running the following games on my pc: Empire at war, Heroes V, Battlefield 2.

They all load but when I begin playing the screen will quickly degrade until the graphics card shuts down and I have to reboot.

It was suggested earlier that it was my PSU might not be up to scratch so I've purchased an Antec TruePower 480W.

This does not solve the issue so I am adament that it is a problem with the graphics card.

I have contacted the company I purchased it from so they can test it, however if anyone can suggest another solution I would be graetful as I dont want to have to pay for it.

Personally, I have a mobility X700 and it isn't all too great for high quality gaming. Check that the settings you're using aren't insanely high. Anyway, you've not wasted any money with the power supply, as its an investment for the future.

I'd also check your temps, imake sure that they're not above 55-60c for the CPU.
