are there any other good mods out for CS - Source? PM the server you play on and I might see you there sometime...
try adjusting some settings: cl_interp 0.1 to cl_intero 0. and cl_interpolate 1 to 0. also cl_smooth 0. this will give you slightly 'choppy' character movement, but the hit box ratio is a lot better. I've tried it on a server with sv_cheats 1 enabled, and viewed the boxes, and there is noticable improvement, if you can stand the little choppiness. Get used to it after a while
