Help buying a New Sata Controller

    i dont know is this the right place to ask but i am asking. sorry if it is the wrong place.


    i want to convert all my hard disks and dvd writer to sata.i am using dell optiplex 170L pc. so plc tell me appropriate or best sata controller and sata convertors for my dell optiplex 170L.
