help help pls ATi radeon HD3450

hello, first of all i'm spanish so forgive my spelling :)
I have a big problem witch is
Have a Acer Aspire M3100 with Athlon processor something like this

Well ...it has an ATI radeon HD3450 display and another one onboard
The ATI board I removed it and i do not have it anymore , but before i removed I changed the setting in bios for the first display to be the one
onboard. It worked just fine . Now after a while I have reseted my bios
and in the default configuration I know that the first display is set ATI , so the result :dry: a black monitor , I can't even enter in bios .

I want to try to do a "blind" configuration of bios but i need help from
somebody who can give me the sequence key to press in bios to set
as first display the one onboard
I can't remeber the version of bios , i guess is phoenix something sorry,
but I think that anyone who has an Aspire M3100 could give some instructions how to do that

Lend a graphics card from someone and change the setting. That'd be faster.
