Well I bought this case. http://www.aspireusa.net/umanual/um-atxb6klw.pdf that is also the manual :). It came just as described but it won't startup/light up. I connected the fans to the power supply. Can anyone tell me what I may be missing?

Just to clarify: This is just the case. I have the motherboard and processor installed but they are not hooked up to the PSU in anyway. The cables for the some of the LEDs, top two USB ports, power and reset switch are all connected to the motherboard.

I'm just wondering why the Temp gauge, and fans aren't turning on.

    Thanks in advance :D

You need to have the ATX power connectors plugged in to the motherboard and have the whole system on so the PSU can supply the power to the fans and lights!

Crap, I was afraid someone was going to say that. :(
I should also mention I have no RAM for my system, will that affect it? I don't want to use my comp, I just want to make sure everything on the case is powering up correctly, fans Temp Gauge, LEDs. I'd like to wait off on plugging the mother board in...for a little while. Is that the only way to see if my case is working?

Forgive me, my first build and I'm a little nervous. :O

    Yep, there is This way!
I personally use that method to power my fans and cathodes seperately from my main PSU to reduce the load on it as it's a crap PSU!
It's easy to do and i haven't encountered any problems with it yet!
