Help on converting USB Flash drive into PC

I travel lot carrying laptop. I’m planning to convert my 2GB USB Flash into personal PC Using following software.

I was wondering, any one has experience/feedback with this software.

Well, from what i have read so far, its like a multi desktop thing, and you can install applications like Microsoft Office to a USB Device, but i dont get the point, why not install Microsoft Office on your Laptop HDD?
 
I think the lady wishes to not carry her laptop but a much smaller appliance.
What I do not understand is, eventually, you need to connect the bugger to a screen at least, if not to a keyboard and mouse so you end up sticking the drive in a PC..... no? :doh:
