hi I have tried the cd that came with my old LG phone and have connected it to my laptop. I have tried every possible way inorder for it to recognise my phone to the laptop. I have even gone on to the lg website which was no use at all. I have emailed them with no reply.
I have some very important videos which I want to put on the laptop. Every thing shows clear and I can also see the phone on ",y computer"but every time I try to connect it states
