Hello all ! :danger: ! i am about to undertake another major cock-up & thought i would consult with you all first ! currently running win 98 & have purchased a new win98se it's not the upgrade but the fresh install version & was wondering the best way to go about installing it query 1 , how do i save all my downloaded stuff query 2 , can i save folders from "my favourites " in ie query 8763 , i suppose i had better save the missus shopping stuff aswell finally query 3 , how do i save e-mail adresses from oe thanks peeps in anticipation of your replies i know it's probably basic but whatever some of us need to learn how to do this :good:
You don't need to do any of that, just install Windows 98SE, and choose NOT to format your hard drive, this will install Windows 98SE and keep all your files.

:swear: i tried to put win98se in and it said newer version than you already have (or some crap like that) usewin98se upgrade .......HELP !
