I was searching on the UK computer websites and come across very good deals. Just confirming how much is the TAX that I've to pay if I buy a product from UK; I am in NZ.
In the UK we have to pay 17.5%, im not sure if you would have to pay that.... UK computer stuff tends to be more expensive that US stuff. Try sites like newegg, there alot cheaper! (and the value of the $ still hasnt recoverd, £1 = $1.9, so it will be cheaper from that view aswell.)
Newegg doesn't ship outside the US. Depending on the store and it's location, you may not have to pay tax at all. If you order internationally, you might want to worry about an import tax. I'm not sure what New Zealand's laws are on import taxes, but that's something you'd want to look up.
Why don't u order something like a $5 20mm fan or a $1 cable of some sort and see how much/if they tax u
A good idea. I was again thinking about it and there is something which comes into my mind.... They will definately ask me to pay extra for the delivery(cost extra), repairing problems, if america then voltage problem and I end up thinking that its not a good way to buy things coz at the end of the day you will realize that you have paid more than you can actually buy product from you local shops.
