How do i have a custom avatar and how do i post picture files on my replies? and how do i earn more chips to leave the "geek trainee" rank?

There is a link for User CP(control Panel) on the top for this.....

There are two ways, either upload it on the HWF server by using Manage Attatchment feature while replying to the thread or post a URL link for the image, there is link for vB Codes at the bottom of each thread, click on it and you will find more intersting things....including your picture thing..

You get more chips as your post count goes up.

Under the box where you'll be writing a reply to this, there is another section called "Additional Options" in which you'll find a button labbled "Manage Attachments", you can upload images from there.

At the top of this page, there is a link called "Edit Avatar", click it and at the bottom of the page which loads there are 2 options for a custom avitar (upload from a web address, or upload from your computer).

You might not have all of theese options yet as your post count is under 50!

i think you've a little bit to wait until you've made 50 posts to allow you to choose a custom Avatar, you earn more chips by leaving more posts, look here and the images in post thing, upload pic to an online hosting service (like ImageShack® - Hosting, upload images and imageshack will tell you how to post images)
 
where's that button that says "solved"? i see it all the time now i cant find it. O well, thanks for the help
