Which of your sub-scores is a 3.0? Maybe you've forgotten to install a driver for one of your devices and windows wasn't able to evaluate that specific hardware appropriately.
on the page where you see the experience index, there should be a list of items for each of which windows has determined a specific index. Like: CPU - 5.0 Video card - 6.0 Hard drive - 3.0 ... Tell us (or do a Printscreen and post the picture here) which of those items has the lowest index. we'll go from there. by the way: what Windows version are you using?
