Had an issue with what I believe was the virtual memory. This was due to storing too many homemade videos on my computer. (I tape my grandson's & son's go-kart races).
I have since corrected this issue and have 28 GB of free space on my hard drive (out of 111 GB) Since it was down to only a couple of hundred MBs of space, I believe my computer automatically made some adjustments for it. I too may have deleted something in error, when I was trying to get more space. At one point my computer wouldn't even recognize my cd or dvd drives.
I tried to download a easy photo uploader from a reliable site but was unable to. When I checked the requirements it listed Outlook Express as one of the requirements! Who knew? I deleted Outlook Express when I was trying to gain free space, since I never use it.
Now I find that I cannot download ANYTHING . Zip Zero Nada.
Can someone please tell me how I can correct this without losing all my info.
