Increasing triple channel memory

hardware:
-ASUS P6T LGA 1366 Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard
-6gb corsair triple channel DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)

I can no longer buy the same memory sticks as they are discontinued,

I am using 3/6 memory slots in triple channel, if i use the other 3 slots will it still be in triple channel mode?

looking at newegg, matching up my speed and triple channel i found these

would my effective total memory be 12GB in triple channel?
