Integrated or seperate graphics card

I have one last decision to make before I'm going to buy my new computer..
The main use of the copmter is general usage (surfing, downloading, using various program etc.), I don't rule out gaming completely but I rarely play games. Also, I won't do any overclocking.
I will probably buy a (cheap) graphics card anyway, the question is when- because of the DX10 thing..
One option is buying a graphics card now- Leadtek WinFast PX7300GS TD256, and a motherboard without OB graphics card - GIGABYTE GA-945P-S3.
The second option is buying a motherboard with an OB graphics card - Asus P5L-VM 1394 (with a very weak OB card, but I can live with it for now) and wait with buying the graphics card a few months (when Vista and DX10 cards come out).

Will the coming of DX10 cards in some months affect the cheap cards market as well, or will those cards be expensive at first and it will take a considerable additional time until they will affect the cheap cards market (as I want to buy) ?

Which of the options I mentioned is better in your opinion?

btw it's for a Conroe E6300 processor.

Go with the 7300GS (though the GT version is a lot better for a little bit extra) I'd say. It's actually not half bad, you can play Open GL games like Quake 4 and Doom 3 quite well on highish settings actually, especially with you're awesome processor. I'd stay away from OB graphics, they use you're system memory and totally rule out playing pretty much any game ever so it's not even worth the tiny amount of cash they save.
As for DX 10 cards lowering the cheap cards pricing, yes they should, as DX 10 cards slowly filter in all current cards they replace will naturally drop in price to remain somewhat desirable. I'd suggest waiting until summer 2007 though for a DX 10 card, you need Vista to use one anyway and by then there will be more games that support the technology as well as cheaper prices and more selection with DX 10 hardware.
