Hello New to the Forum so this is my first post. Getting near to renewal time for my Norton AV so taking a look at what else is available. Read about Sys Mech, from happy buyers on Amazon. Seems to do it all, in one easy to use package! I find Norton product range very confusing and only have the AV. I need more than this I know and did a long while ago use System Tools which I found hard work. I stopped bothering with it but it may be better now. I have had a bad bout of Run Time errors and so bought Error Doctor off the net in desperation... probably a mistake! Any views on Sys Mechanic? Anyone know anything about IOLO? Not that I know anything much about Symantec, they used to do that nerdy thing of having Norton's pic on everything to lend credibilty! Now they promote on the "Worlds most trusted etc" thanks Tempo
I used Sysetm Mechanic 4 i believe and it was great! Although i only used the registry mechanc included which 100% cleaned my registry every time! Also ZoneAlarm Security Suite is excellent... Included is virus protection based on CA's engine and a spyware scanner. It does'nt have the other capabilities that IOLO has but is still very good!
