Is this feasable?

    You'd need to go through an external amplifier for those. I don't think desktop PC sound cards are enough to push those, PC sound cards don't have high-powered amplifiers, so even if there were a conversion kit you'd need a decent amplifier (either separate or in the kit) to run them. Even low end PC speakers have a small amplifier in them, it's just in-build because they're an 'all-in-one' amplified 'unit' (I use those terms loosely because they're hardly never in the same actual place/unit)
