Laptop internet connection with my mobile phone

    Hello Everyone,

    I after a little advise please, I am buying a DellC600 Laptop, with PIII 1Ghz. It comes with a 56k modem, but I was wondering is there a device I could purchase so I can connect to the internet on my lap top through my mobile phone which is blue tooth, so I can download files etc when I'm travelling.

    It really depends on the capabilities of the phone and your phone service provider. You might try contacting them to see what they have available. If the phone does allow for dialup network connections (or maybe even IP-over-cellular), you could connect to it with a regular PCMCIA bluetooth adapter.
