LCD has red tint

Having removed and re-attached the cables from my monitor and graphics card to clean them there is now a red tint to the screen.
However, when I press the Auto Set-Up button the screen goes normal while the monitor calibrates then right and the end flips back to the red tint. I have tried reseating the cables and looking for bent pins but they seem ok.

Any ideas?

The monitor is an Iiyama E435S and the graphics card is a vanilla 6800.

There may be options in your OSD to alter the RGB balance manually, try that, or nVidia's Graphics Software allows manual colour alteration too I think.

Welcome to Hardwareforums spudder!!!

I couldnt find a manual for you LCD, but i did find a overly large picture! (here, warning VERY big pic!) instead of using the auto-tune setting, see if you can set the levels yourself (and reduce the amount of red)

good luck!
