When ever i close limewire by going to it in the task tray and pressing exit it closes but then it come back up like 1 min later...i wondered why it did this so i went into the task manager to see if anything went up when it came back up and something call winupdates was at 100% but if i close that then limewire will not come back so i was wonder 1)what does winupdates do and if it is importan 2) if there is any way to keep it from comming back with out closing winupdates? thankyou
winupdates - winupdates.exe - Process Information It says there that winupdates.exe is a malicious program, so you've been infected. I suggest updating your antivirus and doing a full scan. If you don't have one, try [google]AVG Free[/google] or [google]Avast Antivirus[/google]. Also do a spyware scan with [google]Ad-aware personal[/google].
hey thanks, that makes since, beucase it stopped doing that today after i swept my computer with spysweeper becuase before i had to so it was never open and then when i opened it today it got rid of a lot of things and lime wire has been closing fine. So thankyou.
