Hi all,

Does anyone know, & perhaps tell, how we navigate to download the 360 updates. We have an error code of E67 which MS Support says in short take out HDD & put back in again should this fail to cure the problem, check for & install updates from Xbox Live. Can I find them:confused:

All help gratefully received as the youngun is a little bit frustrated at my lack of understanding, sad life being a Dad.
 
I don't have any experience with the 360, but if its still under warranty I would just take it back and get it fixed, opening the console may invalidate your warranty.
