Make sure your Windows XP is upto date with all the latest Microsoft Updates Windows Update Site and make sure all your Microsoft Office is upto date with all the latest Microsoft Updates: MS Office Update Then try again, once you have downloaded ALL[/B the available updates.
Followed your advice & I am certain that Win XP & Office 200 are uptp date. Alas this has not cured the problem. Just tried to get help from Word and that is NOT working either! Please Help.
hi i also have this problem, but it is part of a lot of really frusrtating problems, i also cannot open certain links on websites eg ( bank, online betting account) and links on other sites, they just wont open. if i right click and open in new window, a ' page cannot display ' message appearson the bottom of the window i get a ' jave script () noscript' message and nothing happens, also my sound has gone from my computer, i have tried all the usual, do a spreaker test and a crackling sound is audible, but no other sound on my machine. i think all these problems are linked in some way, as they all happened the same time could it be possible i have a virus which is doing nasty things to my software. any ideas lads, sorry to hijack your post a bit
