low virtual memory

    Hi, I'm getting a warning of 'low virtual memory' on my computer, does anyone know how to remedy this please?
    I've got windows xp, if that's any help to solving this problem. Hope someone out there can help PLEASE???

    You could use some extra RAM, virtual memory is used when the system is running low on normal memory.
