Welcome to hardware forums Ian

I havnt ever heard of circuit breakers on a motherboard, perhaps you could explain what the problem is? (ie i did this and it stopped working).

If its a problem with your BIOS settings, you can clear the CMOS (where the bios settings are stored) with a jumper (a 'jumper' joins 2 pins on the motherboard, look in your motherboard manual for where your cmos jumper is) or if you cant find it, remove the battery on the motherboard (its a watch battery) for 5-10 secs and it normally has the same effect.

There's no breakers on a motherboard. Some motherboards have used fuses, but those were self-resetting ones, not anything that needed to be fiddled with by the end user. The only thing that can be reset on a motherboard is the BIOS.

A self resetting fuse is more commenly known as a Circuit breaker... but anyway,
