Recently, I had a power surge in my FS computer and afterwards the system post indicated a problem in recognizing the hard drives (configured as RAID1 mirrored). In order to check the viability of the disk drives, I removed one of the drives and installed it into my old computer system. I've been modifying a large portion of this drive adding new aircraft textures and configuring Summer 2010 flight plans.

Here's my question: If I take this drive that I've been working on and re-install it into my FS computer with a new motherboard (exact same model), will the drives sync data (new and old) so that both of my drives reflect the changes I made to the drive in the old system?

Second question: When I re-install the drive with the modified data, do I need to address any BIOS configuration associated with RAID volume or will the FS computer system automatically recognize the RAID1 setup?

    Thanks,

    Frank
