Yesterday I started receiving a message everytime I tried pulling up my messenger that said the program failed to start because msurjfmyjl.dll could not be found. Other things are not opening for me as well...I have no idea what this is...I tried for hours to find out information about it but I cannot...does ANYONE know what this file is?
other programs affected...cannot access the programs and default from the start menu, itunes, broadband checkup
sounds like you might be infected with a virus/malware, are you able to launch any program at all? if possible, install [google]avg free[/google], [google]spybot[/google].
I will try the avg free shortly I purchased a registry cleaner that was supposed to replace any missing or removed .dlls DID NOT WORK It seems that I can open most programs, but the ones that have a direct link to the internet, like my aim, yahoo, and itunes...it will not allow me to touch.
