my screen gets pixelated big time at every startup...

I used to have this problem with my 6200tc last year my mobo. Every time i started my pc my screen would get pixelated with huge rectangular/square pixels with all colors mixed, it started happening 4-5 months after i bought my pc, at first it only happened once a week/few days after another month, it happened everytime i startup from cold(mains off for long lime), it went away when i restarted my pc(alt+ctrl+del on startup), so i restarted everytime i started my pc. I thought it could be the vga so i resurned it and didnt have a vga all summer, i was using my built in intel vga(didnt have the problem), and just now i got the xfx 7600gt from newegg, core-590mhz and mem-1600mhz, now i get the exact same problem, like it never went away.

 

Have you tried another monitor with it?

 

yeah , i changed monitors, still no change
