Hi !

I'm new to this forum, but I came because I know you can help me.:)
My config:
Motherboard: ASUS P5VD2-VM
CPU: Core 2 Duo E4300
RAM: 2GB
PSU: Delta GPS 300AB C

I also used to have a GeForce 8500GT but recently it has jut given up, so I'm running the integrated video of my motherboard.
I want to buy a new video card without having to change any other parts of the PC.
One candidate is MSI R4550-MD1GH, but few days ago I found a test

and started thinking about HD 4670. Having passive cooling like the 4550 one is crucial since I use the PC for music making, and passive cooling has no noise, so I found this one: SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 4670 Ultimate(not much more expensive than the 4550). The only problem is that my motherboard is a very small one, and the Sapphire 4670 has a gigantic heatsink which extends to the backside of the card. Does it fit into my motherboard?

If you look at it, there's another heatsink between the PCIe x16 and the CPU which would be very close to the back of the card. Would they disturb each other?
Check out the back of the card here:

And will the PSU be able to supply the new card?
If none of these two cards is a reasonable choice, then what card should I buy? I'm on an extremely low budget

Thank you very much for any help.
(basically the computer case is an ASUS V3-P5V900 - very small)
