Need software that can make flash

ok, I have a banner created and I need software/generator can make it into flash, I'm not much of a tech guy so macromedia flash player type of software is not what I'm looking for, I'm looking for more of a generator, or software that has a wizard for turning a regular banner into flash

yea; I looked into macromedia, and I don't know; I'm just looking to convert a banner into flash. I'm sure macromedia can do that, but i prefer some sort of generator, or sofware that has a wizard with default flash instead of making it from scratch
