I have an ECS KV1 motherboard with 2 LAN devices onboard. I used to have them both working, since updated BIOS for another issue, much later tried to use the second GigaLAN device but was not available in the BIOS setup screen. Is it due to Latest BIOS update or could there be a fault.
It's possible it's been moved around. You might check under device manager in Windows and see if the second LAN port shows up.
