one card ,one of two monitor work

hi

My friend windows is corrupt and i unable to take the drivers,i format the pc and install a new windows.
I put the graphic card driver and it work fine on my monitor,when i connect it to his monitor, the cpu & memory information is appear,but windows doesn't work and the display indicator turn to orange color and nothing appear on the screen.

please help;
