Hi, hope someone can help. I have an old PC (about 4-5 years old) which has now decided to stop working. When I switch on the power, the fan runs ok, but nothing boots up, not even the A: drive to see if a floppy is inserted. I've tried swapping with a different hard disk, but this makes no difference, and the internal clock battery seems fine. Also, when its powered on, the "off" button doesn't function so have to switch off at wall. Any suggestion as to how to pinpoint the problem would be appreciated.
