This could be a virus, when was your last Virus scan ? Need more details here, Like how long does it take to do this ?

@Ghostman, thanks for your response. basically this is my office pc. whenever i start it, within 1st 2hrs it is shutting down 2/3 times then run smoothly and in the evening again same problem. I thought i may be problem for 1. HDD bad sector, 2. Virus (using Eset smart security 6B), 3. Motherboard problem (intel G41), 4. Power supply, 5. RAM (2GB in 1 slot) problem. But I am really confused actually for what reason i am suffering for this issue. I have kept only hdd (same windows) and changed everything with same specs motherboard and other stuffs to know if it occurs for motherboard or ram or power supply.

If you need more details, please let me know.

First start off with a Virus Scan, Next open the case and start the pc up... Now keep an eye on the CPU fan and any other cooling fans to see if they stop..
It sounds like a cooling Problem..But It could somewhere else as well..
