Hi, I got new RAM for my computer today and when I put it in it wasn't stable at all. I went into the BIOS at increased the RAM voltage by 0.1v. When I saved the settings and restarted I just saw the MoBo Splash and then it froze. I couldn't go into my BIOS or anything.

After that I put my old stick of RAM back in I got the same problem. I proceeded to clearing the CMOS by removing the battery and switching the jumper. Now I don't see anything but a black screen when I turn the power on. No POST beep or anything.

    Any suggestions?

Sounds like bad ram, or mismatch ram...pull the battery out and leave it out for a couple minutes.. then replace the old ram and restart.. What are you systems specks ? Make model and processor speed..
