    Ok here's the story:

Was using my computer and everything was working fine. Need more outlet space so I shutdown the machine, unplugged it from the wall outlet and put in a powerstrip. Plugged the computer into powerstrip and pushed "power"...nothing, no fan, power up, not a thing.

So I found a way -after juggling my powercords- to plug my computer directly into the outlet again. Pressed power, again, nothing.

Then I went nuts. I opened my case, checked all connections, PSU to MOB, Power Switch to MOB, checked for blown capacitors on the motherboard, checked power supply for any kind of burning smell or any scorching...nothing.

At one point I removed all the panels from my case to check if the wires connecting to the power switch had somehow broken free. That was inconclusive as I found they were sealed with gobs of glue.

So I have no idea what it could be as my machine never gave me any signs that something was wrong and even after still isn't giving me any clues. If anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Try a different outlet if it still doesn't workd, different power supply.

I don't have another power supply to test it with...is there a way that I could test my current PSU with a multimeter?
