Ok, so I was away on holiday for a week and left the power to my computer on (not the computer switched on) and when I got back it wouldn't switch on.

Tried resetting the CMOS, fiddled about with a few bits and pieces but nothing is working.

A green LED on the motherboard sits on all the time but nothing happens when I hit the power button.

    Mobo - M2N32-SLI Delux
    2Gb Geil PC2 6400 ram
    AMD 64x2 4600+
    Tagen Turbojet TG900-U95 series

    Please help! :)

Have you checked the power switch itself or the wall socket?
What about the hard power switch?
Have you tried starting the sys by shorting the power switch jumper?
Try booting without any peripherals attached.

If everything is as it should be (connections) you might need to dig out a multimeter :(

How old is your PSU and what size is it?

Tried all of that, nothing worked sadly.

Just over half a year old and it's 900w.

Have you tested your PSU with a mutlimeter?

What have you got coming out of it?

It is going to be the power supply or the motherboard is toast..

Don't have a multimeter. Is there any other ways to test my PSU? Got no other spares around the house to plug in either.
