This is just a fantasy question as there is no way I can afford the processor or the mobo. Is there a way to plant the Pentium M into an ATX board? In other words is there an ATX board which can take the pentium M? What packaging is it anyway?
You can get a S478 P4 to a S479 PM adapter from Asus which lets you use a PM in a P4 motherboard. Try this article: http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets/showdoc.aspx?i=2382
