Pink dots on screen only when using Windows desktop (GTS 250)

    Hi, I'm having issues with my screen. When using Windows, some pink dots run through the screen. They say it's a signal that the vga is dying, but what I don't understand is that these dots disappear when I play games or use Linux. Do you know what could be? All drivers are updated.

    It is either your monitor going out or your video card going bad...
