Suppose , my harddisk has permanent bad sector just 2 % and remaining 98% is ok and fine. In this condition how to cut 2% and format 98% and utilize the harddisk again. Please tell me any softwares name. Similarly which is the best software to recover maximum from damaged harddisk.
