Well, I see that your board has lots of types. But they all seem to have PCI-express, so since you have a 500w power supply, go with any recent mid-end video card from either ATi or Nvidia. I would suggest the Radeon HD5770 or the Radeon HD5750 (this one's more of a mid-to-low-end card). A Geforce GTX 250 would be quite ok, too.

The main concern is the power supply, though. Too strong of a video card may not work stable with this kind of PSU backing the whole thing.

What kind of PSU is that? ie how many Ampere on the V rails?

Yeah, the PSU ain't nothing like a beast. I think if you want to get the most, then get a new PSU and a good video card - something mid-end - like I noted in my previous reply.

That's all provided you want to play games. Otherwise, get some 7600 geforce or anything different old, but mid-endish to high-endish.

The HD5770 requires a PSU with a minimum of 450W output (reference here), but that's not too much and doesn't really consider you having other worth-to-mention parts. I would say that the absolute minimum would be a 500W good (rated 80+) PSU for the system to behave in a stable manor. Anything above that would give even more insurance that you can upgrade later on without having to change your PSU.
