Problem with ST keyboards?!

Hi all ! I just tried to connect a new keyboard ! All that writen on keyboard is:

Multimedia keyboard
Model : ST-660

And now i have a strange poblem with it! Half of keys are working and half not!) seems like driver, but everything is OK in the device manager!
I wasn't able to find any tech support for it, so i'll appreciate any help. Thank's all, the keyboard is very cool and handy, so i really want to use it! :)
 
I'd try another keyboard to see if it's a system issue or a keyboard issue. I'd wager the ST-660 is at fault, but it never hurts to check.
If it's new, get with the seller about a replacement.
