Problems with ASUS A7N8X-Deluxe

Hi guys,
I have recently installed the ASUS A7N8X DELUXE with the following specs:
CPU-2500xp with barton core
RAM- PC3200 512MB
Graphics Card- ASUS 9520 T/D FX 5200 128 MB
ASUS TV/FM card
My problem is that sometimes when i restart the computer or reboot, the screen gets light blue and dark blue lines coming down the screen. It looks like three diffrent screens. What could be the problem? The icons within the lines are functional and you can click on the icons. Secondly, sometimes the computer just restarts itself. I don't know why and it happens at no particular instance and is very random.

Check your CPU temps firstly. Next, get the latest drivers for the video card and update to those. If that doesn't work, take out the GeForce and put in something else (anything will work). Then grab memtest (hit up google) and run that to check for possible memory errors.
