the reason for this is: the webpage you are printing is wider than the actual page width, your print driver software may have a "zoom" feture, try setting it to about 90% and see what happens, if still not displayed correctly try reduceing the zoom until print is correct

It happens, you may be able to find a printer friendly version on the site. If not try to edit out the stuff you don't want.

Before printing any page, remember 1 thing in your life.........always look at its print preview first.......Its under file selection.
The thing which you will see in there will be the one you will get from your printer. If you see that data is missing on the corners then use landscape paper style.
Always use print function from the file menu because it shows you how many pages you will gona print. There are some websites, who has lots of stuff not useful for you and you will end up with 60 pages, where you want only 10 pages from it.

I know Firefox has an option in print preview called "Shrink to Fit" which I think makes the website you're printing fit onto the specified size of paper.
