I need a video capture card to record halo 2 on my xbox but i know nothing about them so i dont know what to look for when buying one, if someone can explain or suggest a mid ranged card that would be very helpful.
Yeah its pretty simple, well setup can be, but sometimes getting everything to work properly can take a little messing with, but depending on your set-up and what not there are a few different paths. First ATI is for the most part ahead in this department, as almost all of their video cards support video in video out, although i'm not completely sure about recording. Yeah anyways that aside it just comes down to buying a TV/Tuner card, and there are two types, ones that support HD signals and then ones that record standard definition. OK so after you buy a card its just installing the software, and setting up cables correctly and what not. OK any more questions just get back
