current spec below but i was thinking about upgrading 2 4 harddrives and using raid 0 +1 can anyone give me there suggestions on weather to do this would thid slow my speeds down on the current raid ive got or speed them up thanx
It wouldnt make any difference, but also note that this mode(0+1) combines the performance of raid 0 and the fault tolerance of raid 1, the minimum number of drives for this config is 4 drives(which is cool cause thats what youll have) but you have to make sure that ALL the drives are the same size!
