hi all, im new to the community and i need some help :chk:

i recently bought 2x1 gb ram card from ebay; link below
( it will tell the specs for ram if u scroll down site)
    2GB 2 X 1GB PC2700 333 DDR PC 2GB 2700 2100 MEMORY RAM - eBay (item 270346405459 end time Mar-19-09 23:39:58 PDT)

and here is my scan from crucial:
Memory upgrades from Crucial.com - Determine My Memory Needs

a few more details i would like to add(if not already given) is
    window xp home edition 32-bit
service pack 2 ( if relevant)

as for the ram i have made a through examination, the one i bought from ebay is the same brand as the 2x128 mb ram cards i have ( infineon) and both are DDR 2700. It already has been 3 days and the RAM doesnt work ( or at least doesnt show in my system information)
i have tried various methods of inserting the ram in the slots (please dont ask me if i inserted it correctly -.-)
    1. dual channel (white,black,white,black--128mb-1gb-128mb-1gb)vice versa*
    2. inserting 1 gb ram card at a time
    3. taking out my 2x128 and inserting 2x1gb ( heard a long beep sound, no boot up)
in short, i have tried every single combination and none of em have worked !

im positive this is not at all any sort of human error, but probably hardware issues that is beyond my comprehension!!!!

    SOME PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be faulty RAM. I wouldn't ever buy off ebay, don't know how that stuff has been handled.

It sounds like your not able to get the PC to boot with the 1 GB sticks in it. Try just putting each of them in one at a time and try to boot up. This may be able to show you a faulty stick.
