Relisys TL766 TFT Monitor OSD Lock Out

please can you help,my monitor keeps coming up with the osd lock out box and i cant get rid of it,it goes off if i turn power off and on,but comes back after a few seconds,i have read the manual,and nothing for this problem its sending me mad,any help appreciated,thanx in advance
 
sorry i didnt get the question properly...U mean that monitor still displays that signal even u turn off ur computer???

On the top means on the top of whole screen I guess.... That point more towards to ur Graphics Card...
Wat r ur system specs???
